Subscription channels — which one am I on?

ReelMe subscriptions can be purchased through three different channels. To manage your subscription, you need to know which one you used.
🍎 You subscribed on iOS if:
- You bought the subscription inside the ReelMe iOS app
- Your receipt comes from Apple / iTunes
- You can find ReelMe in Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions
🤖 You subscribed on Android if:
- You bought the subscription inside the ReelMe Android app
- Your receipt comes from Google Play
- You can find ReelMe in Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
🌐 You subscribed on web (Stripe) if:
- You bought the subscription at reelme.art or via a checkout link
- Your receipt comes from Stripe (subject line usually: "Your receipt from ReelMe")
- Stripe receipts and bank statements may display "APERION LABS LIMITED" — ReelMe's legal business entity
- You can manage it at reelme.art → Account → Subscription
Still not sure?
Check your email inbox for the original purchase receipt. The sender tells you the channel:
noreply@email.apple.com→ 🍎 iOSgoogleplay-noreply@google.com→ 🤖 Androidreceipts@stripe.comor from ReelMe directly → 🌐 Stripe
⚠️ Purchases made through Apple App Store, Google Play, and Stripe are managed separately by each platform and cannot be transferred across platforms. If you cancel on one channel and resubscribe on another, you'll start a new subscription.
