What is ReelMe's refund policy?

ReelMe applies a non-refundable policy for digital purchases by default. This applies to subscriptions, purchased credits, and paid features once they have been delivered to your account, except in the limited cases described below.

When we may issue a refund
We'll consider a refund in these cases:
- Duplicate charge — you were billed twice for the same purchase due to a verified billing error.
- Service never delivered — a verified technical failure on our side prevented access, and we can't resolve it in a reasonable time.
- Eligible refund request submitted within the refund window — refund requests should generally be submitted in writing to support@reelme.art within 7 days of the charge, together with sufficient information for investigation. Exceptional cases may still be reviewed individually.
Canceling is not refunding
Canceling your subscription stops future renewals but does not refund past charges or unused time. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.

About chargebacks
