My credits were deducted but no image was generated

We're sorry if this happens. Credit deductions without a successful generation are usually caused by a technical glitch — and we'll make it right.
What to do first
- Check your gallery — sometimes the image generated successfully but didn't display in time. Look in ReelMe → My Profile → All / Photo / Video
- Refresh the app by closing and reopening it
- Check your internet connection — a dropped connection can interrupt delivery
If the image is truly missing
Contact our support team and we'll fix the problem and restore the affected credits to your account.
Email support@reelme.art and include:
- Your ReelMe account email
- A clear description of the problem, plus the date and approximate time of the failed generation
- A screenshot of your credit balance (before and after, if available)
📌 If we confirm the failure was caused by a technical issue on our side, the affected credits will be restored to your account shortly after verification. Our support team typically reviews technical credit issues within several business days.
