What are credits and how do they work?

Credits are ReelMe's currency for AI generation. Every time you create an image or video, a number of credits is deducted from your balance.

How you get credits

• 💎 Weekly or Yearly subscription — credits are included with your plan and automatically refilled at each renewal

How credits are used

Each generation deducts credits based on:

• Type of generation (image, video, template, logo, etc.)
• Number of outputs generated in one request
• Features used (HD quality, variations, AI Eraser, etc.)

You'll see the exact credit cost before confirming each generation.

Checking your balance

Open ReelMe → tap your profile at the top right. Your current credit balance is displayed there.

Good to know

• 📌 Your subscription credit allowance is refilled at the start of each billing cycle
• 📌 Unused credits from previous billing cycles or previous subscription plans do not roll over or accumulate — see are unused credits refundable?
• ⚠️ Used credits are not eligible for cash refunds — see our refund policy
• 📌 If credits were deducted because of a verified technical issue on our side, affected credits may be restored after verification — see credits deducted but no image was generated
