  Credits are ReelMe's currency for AI generation. Each image or video deducts credits from your balance — included with your subscription plan.

  If credits were deducted but no image appeared, it's usually a technical glitch. Check your gallery first, then contact support to restore credits.

• Are unused credits refundable?
