I was charged twice — what do I do?

Being charged twice usually falls into one of two scenarios — a temporary authorization that drops off automatically, or a genuine duplicate charge that may need a refund.

Scenario 1: Pending charge + final charge

A single purchase may briefly appear as two charges — one is a temporary authorization, the other is the real charge.

✅ Wait 3–5 business days. The pending charge will drop off automatically.

Scenario 2: Genuine duplicate charge

If you see two identical charges on the same date for the same amount, and neither is pending, this may be a billing error.

Per our Terms of Service, ReelMe will consider a refund for charges made more than once due to a verified billing error.
