How do I request a refund?

Refund requests must be submitted through the platform that processed your purchase. Apple and Google handle their own refunds โ€” we can't process those on your behalf. For web purchases through Stripe, email us directly.

Before requesting a refund, review our refund policy to confirm your situation is eligible.

๐ŸŽ For App Store purchases

Apple handles all iOS refunds. Submit a request at reportaproblem.apple.com. After signing in, select Request a refund for the relevant purchase.

๐Ÿค– For Google Play purchases

Google handles all Android refunds. Follow Google's refund guide to submit a request. Google Play will review and process eligible requests submitted following their rules.

๐ŸŒ For Web (Stripe) purchases

Email support@reelme.art within 7 days of the charge, with:

  • Your account email
  • Transaction ID from your receipt
  • Date and amount of the charge
  • Reason for the refund request

We'll review and respond as soon as possible.

Canceling is not refunding

Canceling your subscription stops future renewals but does not refund past charges or unused time. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period. See how to cancel your subscription for steps.

About chargebacks
